About the role
Build and manage our supplier network in Indonesia: rates, allotments, onboarding and quality.
Good trips depend on good suppliers. As Supplier Executive you find, onboard and look after the villas, resorts, transport companies, restaurants, activity providers and guides across Bali and Indonesia, so our sales and operations teams always have accurate rates and reliable partners.
What a typical week looks like
- Collecting and loading new season rates and special offers into our booking system
- Following up on allotments, release periods and blackout dates
- Visiting new hotels and activities, and writing clear product notes for the sales team
- Solving billing and service issues with suppliers alongside operations and finance
What you will do
- Source and onboard new suppliers, including contracts and supplier profiles
- Load and maintain rates, allotments and policies in our booking system
- Negotiate rates and group terms with the contracting manager
- Run supplier site visits and quality checks, and act on guest feedback
- Keep supplier documents, licences and insurance certificates current
What you bring
- 1+ years in contracting, purchasing, reservations or supplier management in travel or hospitality
- Knowledge of the Indonesia hotel and travel supplier market
- Bahasa Indonesia and business English
- Accurate data entry and strong Excel skills
- Organised and able to follow up persistently
- Valid right to work in Indonesia
